Jack Sommers

Jack Sommers leads technology strategy for Grey Fox Capital and BTR Haus Communities, directing the systems and infrastructure behind a $500 million, 1,500-unit build-to-rent portfolio spanning Ohio and Florida. He architected and deployed the organization’s entire technology backbone from the ground up — including the Yardi real estate ERP platform, a company-wide Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, digital media presence, and unified communication systems — establishing the operational foundation that every property in the portfolio now runs on. Jack owns IT strategy and execution for each new community as it comes online, ensuring every build-out launches with enterprise-grade systems in place from day one.

Jack is also the founder and owner of JTech Solutions LLC, an IT consulting practice serving small and medium-sized businesses and residential clients throughout the Cleveland area. Prior to his work with Grey Fox Capital, Jack served as a voting committee member on the Village of Hunting Valley’s Fiber Optic Committee, working alongside former technology executives to evaluate communication infrastructure and implement a multi-million dollar fiber network installation.
