As Director of Acquisitions, Jake oversees the acquisition and entitlement of real estate for Grey Fox Capital — annexation, zoning, entitlements, due diligence, budgeting, and scheduling. Jake builds relationships with cities, builders, and other developers, and also consults with other developers during their own entitlement processes.
