Jolie Roussat is a Land Acquisitions Associate at Grey Fox Capital, where she identifies and evaluates potential development opportunities to support the company’s continued growth. She conducts market research, analyzes site feasibility, coordinates with property owners and local municipalities, and assists in the due diligence process to help move projects from concept to development.

Jolie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Cleveland State University, where she developed a strong foundation in land use planning, environmental policy, and geospatial analysis. Her academic background provides valuable insight into zoning, site selection, and sustainable development practices.
