Joshua Huhn

Joshua analyzes portfolio asset performance and develops strategies to maximize results, tracks portfolio compliance, and prepares reporting for leadership, lenders, and investors. He builds lender and broker relationships to structure, fund, and close acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions, and works to grow Preferred and LP equity relationships.

Prior to joining Grey Fox, Joshua served as an acquisitions and asset management associate at a multifamily sponsor managing 9,000 units, and before that as an analyst at a Midwest-headquartered investment bank focused on leveraged finance.
