Property and Operations Director
Lindsey Rini, CAM
Lindsey directs property operations across the portfolio, leading alongside the Regional Directors to keep on-site execution, resident experience, and financial performance moving in the same direction. Where the Regional Directors own the day-to-day of their communities, Lindsey helps set the operating standard they all work from — the processes, systems, and reporting that make performance comparable and repeatable from one property to the next.
She partners closely with the Asset Management team, translating ownership objectives into operating plans the field can actually run: revenue and occupancy targets, renewal strategy, expense controls, and capital and turn schedules. On the Foxhaus residential side, she works directly with the residential team on leasing performance, lease-up sequencing, resident retention, and service delivery, making sure the resident-facing experience holds up consistently as the portfolio grows.
Lindsey also assists in overseeing the property information systems the business runs on — the property and resident databases, leasing and CRM platforms, pricing and reporting tools, and the integrations that tie them together. She helps maintain the standards for how data is entered and kept current, supports rollouts and configuration changes, and trains teams on the tools so the systems stay accurate rather than becoming another task. When a new community comes online or a platform changes, she helps make sure the data and workflows are ready before day one.
Renovation project management is one of Lindsey’s specialties. She led the complete renovation of Shorehaus Lofts from start to finish, overseeing the project through to a successful completion — experience that speaks to her ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
A Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Lindsey brings more than a decade of regional and on-site property management experience to the role, built at Essig Management, Madison Development Company, Redwood, and Flaherty & Collins Properties before joining in early 2025. She is based in Amherst, Ohio, and is a graduate of Cleveland State University.
