Timothy Parker, PE

Timothy Parker brings a combined background in civil engineering and real estate development to his role overseeing development at Grey Fox Capital. He has managed financial resources across land acquisition, predevelopment budgeting, proforma analysis, and disposition for a wide range of ground-up development projects, and has led due diligence, entitlement, and design-team coordination across multiple asset classes.

Before transitioning into development management, Tim spent over a decade as a civil engineer on multidisciplinary land development, site design, and roadway projects — including senior project design work in Boston on institutional and commercial projects with construction costs exceeding $2.5 billion, and civil engineering team leadership in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC market.

Tim holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent, a LEED AP Neighborhood Development professional, and holds REFM certification in Excel for Real Estate.
