Grey Fox Capital is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development platform with deep experience in ownership, asset management, and development across Ohio and Florida. At any given time, the platform is actively developing 2–5 multifamily communities and manages a portfolio of over 1,060 build-to-rent units.
Grey Fox Capital grew out of PMC Financial Services, a Cleveland-based public incentive and real estate finance consulting firm — the two teams continue to work hand in hand on deals throughout Ohio and beyond. Our goal: build quality residential communities that serve young professionals, families, seniors, and everyone in between.
