Most of what we build starts as raw ground. We acquire and entitle land in rapidly expanding corridors, engineer the infrastructure, and deliver finished lots to homebuilder partners like Ryan Homes — single-family neighborhoods and attached townhome sites across Ohio. Property Management /
Managed In-House by Foxhaus
Foxhaus is the property management arm of Grey Fox Capital. Where Foxhaus is the manager, leasing, maintenance, renewals, and resident support sit with the same firm that developed and owns the community, rather than being handed off to an outside manager.
Foxhaus does not manage the entire portfolio — a number of our communities are run by partner management firms — so each listing above names its management company. For Foxhaus communities, maintenance requests, lease questions, and move-in coordination all go to one accountable point of contact.
